Flexible Ticket Protection
Flexible Ticket Protection can be added to your purchase which may give you the flexibility to change a booking date, receive a credit or claim a refund where an Unforeseen Event listed within our Flex Terms affects your booking.

Date Change Request Form
If you are unable to attend on your ticket booking date we may be able to change your ticket to another date, subject to availability.

We require a minimum 5 days notice before your scheduled booking to change a ticket unless you have purchased Flexible Ticket Protection.
