Flexible Ticket Protection
Flexible Ticket Protection can be added to your purchase which may give you the flexibility to change a booking date, or to receive a credit where an Unforeseen Event listed within our Flex Terms affects your booking.

These are some common questions we're often asked before guests purchase Winter Glow tickets.
Date Change Request
If you are unable to attend on your ticket booking date we may be able to change your ticket to another date, subject to availability.
Please call 03 5250 7200 or email havefun@adventurepark.com.au with your booking reference to reschedule.
We require a minimum 48 hours notice before your scheduled booking to change a ticket unless you have purchased Flexible Ticket Protection.
