A Season Pass is a single membership with unlimited entry to Adventure Park during normal advertised opening hours in the operating season
Are all rides included in the cost of entry?

I don't want to go on any of the rides, is it cheaper for me to come to Adventure Park?
Adventure Park does not offer spectator passes.
Is the water heated at Adventure Park?
Adventure Park does not have heated water. For more information on the dry rides available please click here.
Can we still use the park on cold days?
Yes! Over half of the rides at Adventure Park require no contact with water and are a perfect way to spend the day when the weather is a bit colder. You are also more than welcome to use wetsuits on the water rides in order to stay warm.
Who is eligible for a disabled/carer admission?
Holders of a valid Australian Government issued Disability Pension Card (DSP) or Seniors Card (AGE) are eligible for a concession rate. Carers must be in possession of an Australian Government Carer (CAR) card, We Care Card or Companion Card and be caring for someone also entering the park with them. These cards will need to be presented at entry. Please note Adventure Park does not accept Australian Health Care Cards.
Do you offer a special price for groups?
Groups of 20 or more are eligible for a great group discount or alternatively you can buy bulk tickets for 30 or more guests at a discounted rate. Group bookings need to be booked and paid in full no later than 14 days before the booking date. For more information on Group Bookings please click here
Can my children visit Adventure Park on their own?
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 16 to gain entry to Adventure Park.
Do you sell out of tickets?
Adventure Park does not sell out of tickets as tickets are not purchased for a specific date. However for safety reasons Adventure Park does have a maximum capacity policy. Although this is rare, Adventure Park does hit capacity once or twice a season! If this is the case the entry gates will be shut to the public until further notice.
Is there somewhere secure I can leave my belongings?
Lockers are available for hire at a cost of $12.00 per day from several locations around Adventure Park. Locker hire machines accept coins, notes and cards.
Can you reserve seating areas?
Pavilions and picnic tables can only be reserved as part of a Group Booking or some Birthday Party packages. Cabanas and Sun Beds are available for hire from $TBA
All other seating within Adventure Park is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Can I bring my own tent/marquee to Adventure Park?
You are permitted to bring your own tent/marquee into Adventure Park. It cannot exceed dimensions 3m x 3m and it cannot have any pegs that go into the ground or ropes that could cause other guests to trip.
Can I bring my own food/drink to Adventure Park?
You are more than welcome to bring food and drinks in to Adventure Park. Please note alcohol and glass are not permitted in the park.
Can I purchase food within the park?
Yes, we have a number of food outlets within the park. For more information on what food outlets will be open during your visit please ask a member of the ticket gate staff on arrival.
Does Adventure Park have BBQ's available?
Adventure Park has a FREE BBQ station available. Please see park map for location. Limited number of BBQ's available on a first come, first serve communal basis. No reservations will be taken for BBQ use.
