Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets, passes and products from Adventure Park Pty Ltd ABN 58 988 231 336

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • You by your participation accept and acknowledge the inherent risks of the rides and attractions at Adventure Park.
  • Admission price includes entry to Adventure Park and covers all rides and attractions but excludes food and beverage, merchandise, lockers, BBQ.
  • Adventure Park may close rides, attractions and/or whole of premises on a permanent or temporary basis due to adverse weather, safety, refurbishment, maintenance activity, capacity, special events or other reasons. Any extensions to the life of your ticket/pass or refunds as a result of limited visitation, suspension, premises or ride closure are not allowed.
  • Published ride and attraction operating times may change without notice and ride queue wait times may apply.
  • Adventure Park does not provide refunds. Refunds are not issued due to adverse and/or inclement weather.
  • No alcohol or drugs of any type are permitted to be brought into the park. We have two fully licensed cafes where a limited selection of alcohol is available to purchase.
  • No BBQs, gas or flammable equipment and/or urns are permitted to be brought into the park
  • No glassware/ ceramic or sharp objects are permitted to be brought into the park
  • No Animals, with the exception of accredited guide and accredited assistance dogs may enter the park
  • No inflatables, frisbees, balls, scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment or objects that may jeopardise the safety of others or impede staff are permitted to be brought into the park.
  • Adventure Park has a no smoking policy. No smoking is permitted inside the grounds. This includes vapes & sheesha/hookah
  • Vehicles are parked at your own risk. Adventure Park is not responsible for loss of or damage to any vehicle or contents of your vehicle whilst parked on Adventure Park premises.
  • If any animals or children are left in cars the authorities will be called immediately. Adventure Park take no responsibility if there is any damage to the car.
  • Adventure Park reserves the right to inspect any bags or other goods in your possession or your locker immediately upon request, including viewing of any images taken within the park.
  • It is a condition of entry that appropriate clothing must be worn at all times keeping in mind that we are a family park. Any clothing with offensive language & slogans is deemed as inappropriate. When using water rides appropriate swimwear must also be worn.
  • Adventure Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the park for offensive behaviour, queue line jumping, stealing, vandalism, unsociable behaviour including unsocial language, displaying any signs of intoxication and/ or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to follow ride guard and/or ride safety instruction signage or failure to comply with these conditions of entry.
  • The use of image recording devices is not permitted in any change room or bathroom facility.
  • Photographs, videos and sound recordings must be for your own private use and not for any commercial purpose.
  • Your image may be taken at any time by surveillance equipment for security or sales purposes.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND USE

  • Ticket entitles admission during advertised general opening times and is valid until the end of the current season 12 April 2020, unless otherwise stated.
  • Ticket prices are per person, inclusive of GST and are valid for a single day use only.
  • Ticket includes entry to Adventure Park and covers all rides and attractions but excludes food and beverage, merchandise, lockers, BBQ.
  • Ticket validity period will not be extended.
  • Adventure Park is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced tickets and no refunds will be given under these circumstances.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party for re-sale. If tickets are found on online sales websites (such as but not limited to Gumtree & Facebook Marketplace) the tickets will be cancelled and not refunded. 
  • By making this ticket purchase you acknowledge the Adventure Park conditions of entry.
  • Government issued senior card must be presented upon entry for senior entry prices. 
  • Government issued disability card must be presented upon entry for disability prices. 
  • A carer card will be accepted upon entry when accompanying a disabled card holder. One carer will be accepted per one disability card holder (1:1 ratio).
  • Adventure Park accepts companion card program members. Adventure Park will issue the companion card holder with one complementary day ticket for use by their companion. (1:1 ratio).
  • Adventure Park reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.
  • Adventure Park visitor numbers are capped to prevent overcrowding. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Should Adventure Park reach capacity no further entries will be permitted regardless of ticket or pass type.
  • Day ticket prices are shown in Australian Dollars. Any purchase you make will be charged in Australian Dollars. You are solely liable for any currency conversion fee charged by your credit card provider.
  • Adventure Park visitor numbers are capped to prevent overcrowding. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Should Adventure Park reach capacity no further entries will be permitted regardless of ticket or pass type.
  • For all credit card purchases, a 1.5% transaction fee (subject to change at Bank discretion) will apply. There is an online ticket processing fee of $1 per admission ticket. This fee covers the overall infrastructure and operation of an online bookings service that delivers payment security. This booking fee also allows for the recent and ongoing improvements that have been made to our website. Under no circumstances will the credit card surcharge or transaction fee be refunded. 
  • After completing your online purchase you will receive an email which includes your e-ticket, e-pass or e-gift card and receipt. Please present your e-ticket on your mobile device or print and present this ticket at the ticket gate. A valid photo ID and credit card used to purchase the ticket must be provided.
  • By making your online purchase to Adventure Park, the ticket holder agrees to be contacted by Adventure Park regarding your ticket and associated benefits. Ticket holders may unsubscribe at any time by contacting Adventure Park or using the unsubscribe option on the received emails.
  • Any child UNDER 14 years of age CANNOT gain entry to the park UNLESS they are accompanied by a person 16 years of age or over.

SEASON PASS 2019-20

  • A season pass is a single person membership and includes unlimited entry to Adventure Park during normal advertised operating days and hours from date of purchase until 12 April 2020. No extensions to validity periods are available for any reason.
  • For all purchases on our website a 1.5% transaction fee will apply along with a $1 per admission ticket processing fee. You will be notified of these fees during your online purchase. The fee covers the overall infrastructure and operation of an online bookings service that delivers payment security. This booking fee also allows for the recent and ongoing improvements that have been made to our website.
  • Should you elect to make recurring monthly payments as specified at time of purchase, your season pass will not be deemed valid until the final payment is received. Should your payment method change and you fail to update these details by contacting Adventure Park, your season pass will become deactivated. Adventure Park will make no more than 3 attempts to receive payment or contact you. After this time, any monies paid toward your season pass will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Recurring payment plans for Season Passes are only available online.
  • By paying your initial payment for your season pass(es), you understand and acknowledge that you are committing to buy the season pass(es) for the 2019/20 adventure park season. You understand and acknowledge that your season pass is not cancellable or refundable. When purchasing season pass(es) with an initial payment, you represent that the credit card you provide is authorized for payment of the remaining balance of your purchase, monthly as described at checkout. Under the australian consumer law, you are entitled to the benefit of the non-excludable consumer guarantees that apply to the provision of both goods and services (“consumer guarantees”). Goods and services supplied under this agreement will comply with these consumer guarantees. You will not be entitled to cancel your season pass purchase after the initial payment or receive a refund of the season pass fees (or any part thereof) unless adventure park has failed to comply with the consumer guarantees or is otherwise required by law to provide a refund.
  • After completing your online purchase you will receive an email which includes your e-pass and receipt. Please present your e-pass on your mobile device or print and present this at the Guest Services window. Your photo will need to be taken and you will receive your membership card and pack prior to your first entry. A valid government issued photo ID must be provided.
  • Season pass includes entry to Adventure Park and covers all rides and attractions but excludes food and beverage, merchandise, lockers, BBQ. Season Pass holders may incur additional charges for special attractions or temporary features.
  • A season pass is non-transferable and cannot be given to anyone else to use. Your pass will be cancelled without refund if found to be used by anyone else. Any activity deemed fraudulent or abusive will also result in the cancellation of your pass.
  • If your season pass is lost, stolen or damaged you will incur a $5 reprint fee at time of issue. The Bring a Friend for free benefit will become invalid at the time of printing in the months of November 2019 & March 2020 and will not be able to be used.
  • Season pass benefits are available online at www.adventurepark.com.au . Offers are only available upon presentation of a valid season pass.
  • Season passes are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Season passes cannot be on-sold to another party for re-sale under any circumstances.
  • Season pass holders are not entitled to entry to special events or private functions. This includes any night events and “Summer Nights” however a benefit of your Season Pass will allow discounted entry.
  • Upon purchasing a season pass, your personal information will be collected in accordance with Adventure Park’s privacy policy.
  • Upgrades to season pass from a day ticket must be made within the park on the day of initial visit. Upgrades are not available after the date of visit using the day pass.
  • Upgrade charges are based upon the difference between initial purchase price of day ticket to the full retail price of a Season Pass. Exceptions apply to group and birthday party tickets, where the upgrade price is based on the minimum group size prices and the express party price.
  • School group, Holiday program and Night Event tickets are not eligible for upgrade.
  • Special offer day pass prices are used in calculating the upgrade price.

Associated Benefits:

  • A season pass membership is priced according to unlimited entry to Adventure Park during the advertised season. Associated benefits are a value addition only and offered in goodwill. Should they become unavailable at any time or the season pass holder misplaces any offers they are not replaceable or extendable. Benefits have no actual cash value and therefore cannot be refunded and Adventure Park will not be liable for any perceived loss.
  • Food and beverage 20% discount is not available in conjunction with any other offer. Season Pass must be presented at point of purchase. Redeem offers at The Hungry Shack or other participating food outlets.

Express Entry:

  • Express entry is valid for entry into the park and not valid for any rides or attractions.
  • A season pass must be present to use the express entry line.
  • Express entry is only valid in peak periods. Peak periods decided by Adventure Park only.


Bring a Friend for Free Benefit:

  • Bring a Friend for Free tickets are a bonus addition to Season Pass holder value.
  • The Bring a Friend for Free benefit is a single person admission ticket valid for one day between 15-17 and 22-24 November 2019 and one day between 13-15 and 20-22 March 2020 during season opening hours at Adventure Park. No other days are valid for this benefit.
  • The Season Pass holder who received this benefit must accompany the guest at entry to redeem the benefit.
  • Adventure Park is not responsible for lost benefit indications. If the original seasons pass card is lost and needs replacing during a month that the benefit is available, the benefit of bringing a friend for free that month will be abandoned.
  • Bring a Friend for Free benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Benefits cannot be on-sold. Violation of this condition will lead to cancellation of the original Season Pass associated with the benefits.

Discounts:

  • Food and Beverage & Merchandise discounts are only valid at the time of purchase. A valid season pass card must be presented at time of redemption. One special offer per season pass holder only.
  • Cabana discounts will be offered periodically and for specified limited times. Terms and Conditions of each offer will be issued at the time of the promotion and valid only with a valid season pass. Season Pass details will be required at the time of booking and will need to be presented on the day of the Cabana booking at the Cabana pick up location.

Birthday Party Discount:

  • To qualify for the season pass birthday discount the birthday child or parent must hold a current season pass membership.
  • Season pass details will be required at the time of booking.


SUMMER NIGHTS EVENT

Summer Nights event can only be accessed with a specific ticket for this event. General day passes, group admission day tickets and season passes are not valid entry tickets to these events unless otherwise advertised. Ticket entitles admission to the event date as booked. It is valid for single entry only. Guests who have been admitted to Adventure Park during the day will be asked to leave the venue and re-enter with a valid Summer Nights event ticket.

  • Ticket prices are per person, inclusive of GST.
  • Ticket price includes all rides and attractions as advertised (excluding train) but excludes food and beverage, merchandise, lockers.
  • Lazy River and Shipwreck Harbour boats rides will close on dusk for safety reasons.
  • BBQ's will not be available at these events.
  • No eskies, glass containers, commercial food allowed to be brought into the park.
  • Licensed venues operate within the park. This is a family event. Any guests found to be intoxicated or partaking in antisocial behavior will be asked to leave. A refund will not be issued.
  • Ticket validity will not be extended or exchanged for another date or exchanged for any other ticket.
  • Adventure Park is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced tickets. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
  • Adventure Park is not responsible for weather condition. Should the weather be inclement, bring wet weather gear. There is shelter available.
  • In the event of severe weather warning where the event may be cancelled, you will receive a credit to use toward a future visit.
  • By making this ticket purchase you acknowledge the Adventure Park conditions of entry.
  • Adventure Park accepts companion card program members. Adventure Park will issue the companion card holder with one complementary Summer Nights ticket for use by their companion.
  • Adventure Park reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.

  • Junior ticket holders must be under 120cm in height
  • Free entry for children under 90cm.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

  • A booking non refundable deposit must be paid in full to confirm your booking. A booking will be cancelled if the booking deposit is not paid by the invoice due date. Payment of the booking deposit shows acceptance of these Booking Terms and Conditions.
  • The group booking non refundable deposit is $720.00. This deposit amount is equivalent to the minimum number of group tickets required to be purchased for a group booking ticket discount. For group bookings of more than 100 guests a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required.
  • The booking balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the booking date. Admission tickets and Group Extra tickets required for the booking will not be issued until full payment of the booking balance is received and the funds received in our bank account.
  • Group function discounts are not available if a booking is not confirmed 14 days prior to the booking date.


CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

  • Adventure Park may cancel a confirmed booking should outstanding monies not be paid as required by these terms and conditions.
  • In the event a booking is cancelled, deposit payments are non-refundable. Adventure Park will refund any remaining payments in full providing the booking is cancelled in writing more than 30 days before the booking date. If cancellation of the booking is received less than 30 days before the booking date, all monies paid to Adventure Park will be forfeited.
  • Unless otherwise stated, payments made to Adventure Park for Catering, Santa Service or Food and Beverage tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.


ENTRY CONDITIONS

  • All guests must adhere to Adventure Park's Conditions of Entry. Notice of the Conditions of Entry can be found at the Adventure Park Ticket Gates and at www.adventurepark.com.au

EQUIPMENT AND ELECTRICAL

  • If you wish to bring any equipment into Adventure Park, including electrical equipment, the equipment will need to be inspected by Adventure Park within 7 days prior to use to ensure it is deemed safe for use, tested and tagged.
  • No BBQ’s will be allowed into Adventure Park.
  • If a BBQ has been hired and the CFA deem the day as a Total Fire Ban the BBQ’s will automatically be cancelled. Fee will be refunded.

GROUP FUNCTION ADMISSION TICKETS

  • A group function admission ticket is required for entry to Adventure Park, electronic tickets are accepted.
  • Function ticket includes entry and unlimited rides ALL DAY.
  • Group function admission tickets allow guests to visit the park on function date. Any tickets not redeemed on function date are valid for use after that date and up until 12th April 2020. Function tickets are not valid for use between 26 December to 27 January inclusive. Unless advised from the group organiser that they do not wish this to happen.
  • A minimum purchase of 20 paying tickets is required for all group functions.
  • Children under 3 years will require a child free of charge ticket. A child’s ticket is not included in the minimum number.
  • Any additional function admission tickets that are required on the day of the booking will be paid at the ticket gate upon entry at the full general admission day ticket rate. Group function admission tickets cannot be purchased on the day of the booking. Group function admission tickets cannot be collected on the day of the event. A guest list will not be accepted in replacement of an admission ticket.
  • Group function admission tickets must not be exchanged, refunded, transferred or re-sold and are void if altered. Lost, stolen or misplaced tickets will not be refunded.
  • Group function admission tickets are sent electronically via email. If an email address is not provided a postage fee of $10.00 will apply.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE TICKETS

  • Food and Beverage tickets are date specific and are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other date.
  • Food and Beverage Tickets must be booked, confirmed and paid in full no later than 14 days before the booking date.
  • Minimum numbers apply.

CATERING

  • No external commercial caterers are permitted on site. We do not allow the use of personal gas barbecue equipment.
  • Catering must be booked, confirmed and paid in full no later than 14 days before the booking date.
  • Catering tickets are date specific and are non transferable to any other date.
  • Minimum numbers apply.

BOOKING DETAILS

  • Adventure Park reserves the right to change the reserved area for a booking where it is deemed necessary. We will attempt to ensure that no changes are made to a reserved area however if a change is deemed necessary we will notify you as soon as possible and ensure that every attempt is made to ensure your booking is a success.
  • A reserved area will guarantee that at least 85% of your guests can be seated at any one time.

BULK TICKETING PURCHASES

  • A minimum of 30 paying tickets required to qualify for bulk ticketing discount.
  • Bulk ticketing is a discount ticket ONLY. No reserved area, seating or group extras are available with this ticket type.
  • Bulk tickets are not available for purchase at admission gates. Tickets must be pre-purchased to receive the bulk ticketing discount.
  • Bulk Tickets are available for purchase via our website only www.adventurepark.com.au/groups/bulk-ticketing
  • All purchased tickets will be emailed to you upon full payment, to your nominated email address.

  • Bulk Tickets allow guests to visit the park any day and are valid for use up and until 22 April 2019.
  • A minimum purchase of 30 tickets is required for all Bulk Ticket purchases.
  • Any additional tickets that are required on the day will be paid at the ticket gate upon entry at the full general admission day ticket rate.
  • Bulk admission tickets are not extendable or refundable and are void if altered. Lost, stolen or misplaced tickets will not be refunded.
  • Bulk admission tickets are sent electronically via email. If an email address is not provided a postage fee of $10.00 will apply.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

  • A non refundable deposit must be paid in full to confirm your booking. A booking will be cancelled if the booking deposit is not paid by the invoice due date. Payment of the booking deposit shows acceptance of these Booking Terms and Conditions
  • The booking deposit is $245.00 or 30% of the total booking, whichever is greater. This deposit is non- refundable.
  • At time of booking, estimated student and teacher attendance numbers must be provided to Adventure Park.
  • Adventure Park is to be notified with a revised number 14 days prior.
  • Student & teacher attendance numbers will be calculated at the ticket gates on your arrival to the park. These school attendance numbers will be confirmed with a school representative/ teacher at this time.
  • A final invoice will be issued and emailed to the school booking representative on the day of the booking, with payment to be made in full no later than 30 days from invoice date.
  • Final payment not received within 30 days will incur a $100 late payment administration fee.

Food & Fun Tickets:
In addition to the above terms and conditions for school excursions:

  • All meal selections must be received by the Group Bookings Team no later than 14 days prior to your visit. If meal selections have not been made by this date you will receive a 50% ratio of each option.
  • Free teachers are not eligible to receive a meal. But can purchase Meal Combo Tickets for $15 per teacher.
  • Any attendance cancellations will only be eligible for a refund of the entry price. No catering charges will be refunded ($8 per student non refundable).

CANCELLATION/ DATE CHANGES/ REFUNDS

  • Adventure Park may cancel a confirmed booking should booking deposit not be paid as required by these terms and conditions.
  • In the event a booking is cancelled the $245/ 30% deposit will not be refunded.
  • Excursion dates can be modified up until 48 hours prior to the excursion date with no penalties. An administration fee of $100 will apply if modified within the 48 hours.
  • If a severe weather warning have been issued for Geelong and Bellarine and the booking is being modified the $100 administration fee will be waved.

SCHOOL ADMISSION TICKETS

  • Minimum of 10 paying students are required to receive discounted school ticket price.
  • 1 teacher/teacher's aid is admitted free with every 5 paying students.
  • Additional teachers/teachers aid pay school ticket price.
  • All teachers are admitted free of charge. Teachers are expected to assist with supervision as required for the duration of the excursion.
  • School groups who on the excursion day arrive with less than 10 students are required to pay for the minimum of 10 students.
  • A Season Pass Membership is not included in the minimum numbers for school bookings.
  • Any students entering Adventure Park using their Season Pass Membership, but part of a school excursion are deemed under the care and guardianship of the school. The school must provide the group bookings team with a list of names of students in their care entering with a Season Pass Membership.
  • Adventure Park is an outdoor Theme Park. In the event of inclement weather please note that in the interest of safety, the use of some rides may be restricted or temporarily unavailable. No refunds will be available.
  • School rates are not available to schools that arrive without a booking.
  • School ticket prices are valid during VICTORIAN government school term weekdays only. Not valid public holidays, school holidays or weekends.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

  • A non refundable deposit must be paid in full to confirm your booking. A booking will be cancelled if the booking deposit is not paid by the invoice due date. Payment of the booking deposit shows acceptance of these Booking Terms and Conditions
  • The booking deposit is $245.00 or 30% of the total booking, whichever is greater. This deposit is non- refundable.
  • At time of booking, estimated children and carers attendance numbers must be provided to Adventure Park.
  • Adventure Park is to be notified with a revised number 14 days prior.
  • Child & carer attendance numbers will be calculated at the ticket gates on your arrival to the park. These holiday program attendance numbers will be confirmed with a holiday program representative/ carer at this time.
  • A final invoice will be issued and emailed to the holiday program booking representative on the day of the booking, with payment to be made in full no later than 30 days from invoice date.
  • Final payment not received within 30 days will incur a $100 late payment administration fee.

CANCELLATION/ DATE CHANGES/REFUNDS

  • Adventure Park may cancel a confirmed booking should booking deposit not be paid as required by these terms and conditions.
  • In the event a booking is cancelled the $245/30% deposit will not be refunded.
  • Excursion dates can be modified up until 48 hours prior to the excursion date with no penalties. An administration fee of $100 will apply is modified within the 48 hours.
  • If severe weather warning have been issued for Geelong and Ballerina and the booking is being modified the $100 administration fee will be waved.


ENTRY CONDITIONS

  • All guests must adhere to Adventure Park's Conditions of Entry. Notice of the Conditions of Entry can be found at the Adventure Park Ticket Gates and at www.adventurepark.com.au

EQUIPMENT AND ELECTRICAL

  • If you wish to bring any equipment into Adventure Park, including electrical equipment, the equipment will need to be inspected by Adventure Park within 7 days prior to use to ensure it is deemed safe for use, tested and tagged.
  • No BBQ’s will be allowed into Adventure Park.
  • If a BBQ has been hired and the CFA deem the day as a Total Fire Ban the BBQ’s will automatically be cancelled. Fee will be refunded.

HOLIDAY PROGRAM ADMISSION TICKETS

  • Minimum of 10 paying children are required to receive discounted holiday program ticket price.
  • One carer is admitted free with every 5 paying children.
  • Additional carers pay holiday program ticket price.
  • Parents accompanying the holiday program pay the day ticket which is payable on the day at the gate.
  • Holiday Programs who on the booking day arrive with less than 10 children are required to pay for the minimum of 10 children.
  • A Season Pass Membership is not accepted as an admission ticket for holiday program bookings.
  • Holiday Program rates are not available to programs who arrive without a booking.
  • Holiday Program bookings are valid during Victorian Government School Holiday week days only. Not valid Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.
  • Holiday Programs are required to be a government accredited service. Scout/girl guides, private foundations/clubs, sports camps, class parties DO NOT QUALIFY for the holiday program ticket price.
  • Holiday Program ticket prices and information are valid until 9 April 2020.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Minimum of 10 paying children between 3-15 years are required to qualify for a Birthday Party Package.
  • Any Season Pass Member with a valid season pass are NOT included in this count.
  • Children under 3 years of age will require a child free of charge ticket. A child’s ticket is not included in the minimum number.
  • Birthday Child must be aged between 3 and 15 years.
  • Maximum of 49 guests permitted per birthday party (total guests include birthday child, paying children, parents/guardians and additional guests).
  • Birthday Party bookings must be paid in full at time of booking (a minimum of 5 days prior to the event).
  • Birthday Party prices are valid until 12 April 2020.
  • To qualify for the season pass discount, birthday child or parent must hold a current season membership.
  • All ticket prices are per person.
  • We understand that organising a birthday party can be difficult to manage, and will accept notification 48 hours prior to the party of any invitees unable to attend. These tickets MAY be eligible for a refund should the minimum number conditions still apply. Any non redeemed tickets on the day, are not refundable or transferable.
  • Birthday children aged 3-7 receive 2 free parents/ guardians, plus 1 free adult per paying child to assist with supervision
  • Birthday children aged 8+ receive 2 free parents/ guardians, plus 2 free adults to assist with supervision. Any additional adults at discounted prices
  • To redeem free parent access for parties of children aged 3-7 years, you must present the birthday invitation at the ticket gate. 1 adult per child, per invitation only. Any free adults are entitled to entry to assist with supervision of the party. As such they must enter with the children.
  • Guests aged 16 years or older are considered General Admission and should be included as supervising adults, or additional tickets purchased for them.
  • Express Party Package allows entry from 2pm only. 1 adult will be allowed access to their party area 20 minutes before this time to allow for any set up requirements.
  • Please refer to general terms and conditions for conditions of entry- making note of our policy of no glass or sharp knives allowed to enter the park. Please consider this when planning a birthday cake.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

  • Birthday parties are non-refundable. Adventure Park will allow guests to re-schedule a booked party with a minimum of 5 days notice, however dates will be subject to availability.
  • Birthday Party inclusions are valid on the day of the event only


GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards expire 3 YEARS (36 months) from the date of issue.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your gift card purchase, which will include your e-gift voucher. Please present your e-gift voucher on your mobile device or print and present the voucher at the ticket gate or in any of the food and beverage outlets or merchandise stores.
  • If you chose to have a physical gift card sent, an $8.00 express post fee will be applied to your gift card transaction. Please allow 1 to 4 days for the express post delivery of your physical gift card. Gift cards are only available for delivery in Australia.
  • Treat this card like cash. Not redeemable for cash
  • Gift Cards cannot be on-sold to another party for re-sale. If Gift Cards are found on online sales websites (such as but not limited to Gumtree & Facebook Marketplace) the Gift Cards will be cancelled and not refunded.
  • Gift cards are redeemable for admissions tickets, food and beverage, merchandise and cabana hire. Lockers, Group & Birthday Party bookings cannot be purchased using a gift card.
  • Adventure Park is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced gift cards and no refunds or replacements will be given under these circumstances.
  • Gift cards cannot be reloaded. No change will be given but the balance can be applied to any purchases. It is up to the gift card holder to redeem the full value before the card expires.
  • Un-used balance at the time the gift card expires will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances.

SEASON PASS REDEMPTION CARDS

  • Season Pass Redemption Card holders must present their redemption card at Adventure Park, where a Season Pass Membership will be issued
  • Season Pass Membership are not transferable and the holder will have their photograph taken for the pass. For inquiries, contact Guest Services on 03 5250 7200
  • Valid at Adventure Park Geelong only
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Redeemable for a Season Pass Membership for the current season only. This card will expire at the end of the current season
  • Not valid to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated
  • Expired or lost cards will not be extended or replaced or refunded
  • Redemption cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards
  • Redemption cards can only be redeemed for the current seasons Season Pass. It cannot be used towards any other products or services.

CABANA & SUN BED HIRE

  • Cabana and Sunbed booking payments are non-refundable and no transferable for any other product or service.
  • A minimum of 48 hours notice prior to booking date is required for all Cabana and Sunbed date transfers. To transfer your booking to another date, verbal notification is required to be given to a member of the sales booking team by phoning 03 5250 7200. Email requests for transfer of date will not be accepted.
  • A maximum of 22 Cabanas and 12 Sun Beds available for rent per day.
  • Cabana and Sun Bed bookings are available on a first come first served basis.
  • You can select your preferred cabana or sun bed from any of the available locations.


VIP PARKING

  • VIP Parking will only be available on specific peak admission days as determined by Adventure Park.
  • VIP Parking is sold on a first come, first served basis.
  • Limited VIP Parking available. Once sold out, no further VIP parking will be made available.
  • VIP Parking can only be purchased on site at Adventure Park. VIP Parking cannot be pre-booked or pre-purchased
  • VIP Parking is valid for single day use on the date of purchase only
  • Credit/ EFT Card payment only
  • VIP Parking is non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
  • VIP Parking is a stand-alone purchase and is not connected with the purchase of a Season Pass Membership, Day Ticket, Group Booking, Holiday Program or Gift Card.
  • Adventure Park Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for this product.
  • For all credit card purchases, a transaction fee of an amount subject to bank discretion will apply.


HEALTH AND PHYSICAL ADVICE

  • Due to safety or operational requirements, height, weight, age and clothing restrictions may apply to some rides and attractions. Please refer to ride signage for specific details.
  • For safety reasons, pregnant women, guests with certain pre-existing health issues, guests with casts, footwear, eyewear or any hard or sharp objects are not permitted on any waterslides and may be restricted on some rides and attractions.
  • Patients with medical conditions are responsible for accessing whether or not they can participate. You must seek medical advice if uncertain.
  • For hygiene considerations, we require that all children who are not toilet trained must wear waterproof nappies whilst using aquatic facilities.
  • Any patron who has suffered from diarrhoea within the last 48 hours must not use water rides and aquatic facilities.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF PATRONS

  • Any child UNDER 14 years of age CANNOT gain entry to the park UNLESS they are accompanied by a person 16 years of age or over.
  • You must act with consideration both for yourself and for other guests and please refrain from behavior that could affect the safety of fellow guests.
  • You must obey all warnings given by Adventure Park staff including all written and verbal instructions.
  • Parents and guardians are required to actively supervise their children at all times as recommended by Royal Life Saving Australia’s Keep Watch Guidelines. Lifeguards and/or staff cannot supervise all children at all times.
  • You must use all ride safety equipment as instructed by staff when participating on rides and attractions.
  • Carers are responsible for persons under their supervision.
  • We will not be responsible for any loss of personal property. Lockers are available.
  • We the owners and operators of the premises are not liable for and irrevocably release us from any liability from death, personal injury, property loss or damage arising from any cause whatsoever (including the negligence of staff to the fullest extent permitted by law) whilst you are on the premises.
