Yes! If you need to go to your car and come back you can get a pass out from one of our friendly Guest Services Team!

Yes, you may BYO food into the Park, subject to our ordinary conditions of entry. This includes no commercial food, alcohol, portable BBQs, glass or sharp objects including knives. See full terms & conditions

Please note, due to the nature of the event and the health and safety of our staff and guests, no trollies or hard-sided eskies are permitted into Adventure Park; these items present a tripping hazard to guests. It is kindly requested that guests note this when planning their trip to the Park.

No, for health and safety reasons and in-line with our COVID-19 plan BBQs will not be in operation for the Winter Glow.

Please ensure food is pre-cooked or bring picnic food. Please take this into account when planning your trip.

Yes, our food outlets will have a big variety of options for dinner, drinks and winter treats!

Winter Glow is perfect for all ages! Bring your family and friends and have a great time!

Our snow maker will be making snow from ice, which will not be fresh from the mountains but will feel like real snow!

Please keep in mind that due to the location of Adventure Park there won’t be as much snow as on the mountains, but we aim to bring a little winter wonderland to Adventure Park!

Yes and it's free!

Our Winter Glow will have six of our dry rides running in addition to hundreds of light installations, the snow play zone, fire-twirling and ice-carving displays plus loads more activities.

Our dry rides the Wave Swinger, Crazy Coaster, Red Baron, Carousel, Little Buggy Speedway and Ferris Wheel will be open throughout the afternoon and night (closing at 7:30pm).

Our water rides will not be operating during the Winter Glow.

 

Please note, some rides and attractions may close due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or unscheduled maintenance.

Winter Glow is an all-abilities event, and as such, Adventure Park does not offer a discount for guests with concession, this is inclusive of a DSP, CAR or CD concession cards. Any guest above 90cm will be required to purchase a General Admission ticket for the night.

Yes, a participant who holds a valid Companion Card will receive one free admission for their Companion (1:1 ratio). The participant will need to purchase a General Admission Ticket.

No, entry to Winter Glow includes access to snow play zone, ice-carving and fire displays in addition to the rides.  Therefore, no concessions given due to an inability to use any of the rides. The inclusion of some of our dry rides do not represent a monetary value, and as such are not considered when assessing ticketing prices.

No, Adventure Park's Season Pass expired on 28 March 2021 and does not include the Winter Glow festival or Christmas Festival of Lights.

Adventure Park opens at 3pm for Winter Glow, so entry is permitted after this time until close. Please note, gates do not open until 3pm, so it is at your discretion whether you wish to arrive earlier and queue. The sunset generally begins at 5.10pm, so the light best experience is often around this time.

Yes, we have a glow merchandise store located on the north-eastern side of the park, next to the Tornado-Tsunami precinct. Glow merchandise can also be purchased at select other venues on the night.
