Guest Services is located next to the Wave Swinger. Our Guest Services team are available to answer all your questions and provide you with complete information concerning you visit to Adventure Park.
Baby Changing Facilities are located in the following toilet locations: Reception toilets, Lake View Pavilion toilets, Kids Town toilets, Waterfront amenities block and Water Park toilets.
Lockers are available for hire all day and come at a cost between $10-$20 depending on the size (small, medium, large). Credit card payment accepted. Locker stations are located at Guest Services and the Water Park. Lockers are available on a first-come, first served basis. Please use lockers for all of your personal items, as we do not take responsibility for the loss of any of your valuables.
We do not have BBQ facilities
No BBQs of any type are permitted to be brought into Adventure Park due to OH&S policies.
The park has two First Aid Treatment Rooms available which are located near Reception & Water Park.
The following food outlets are open every day all season long: The Hungry Shack, Munchies Cafe & Ice-cream Parlour. All other food outlets are open at various times throughout the season. For opening times please see Guest Services.
All rides close 15-30 minutes prior to closing time.
No alcohol or glass is permitted to be brought into the park grounds. We have two fully licensed cafes where a limited selection of alcohol is available to purchase.
Open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Lake View Pavilion, Reception, Kids Town, Ticket Gates, Waterfront Pavilions, & Water Park
You can find change rooms at the following locations:
Lake View Pavilion, the Water Park and Waterfront amenities block.
Showers are located in the water park toilet/change room building and are a cold rinse facility only.
Adventure Park is proud to be 100% smoke free. This means smoking, shisha and e-cigarettes are not permitted within the park grounds.
Remember to protect yourself from the sun's rays with a good sunscreen or sunblock, and re-apply throughout the day for maximum skin protection - especially the little ones!
Sun lounges are located in the Water Park, Tornado/Tsunami ride precinct, as well as next to the Wild West Canyon & Gold Rush Rapids. Sun lounges cannot be pre-booked and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Book your Cabana/Sun Bed online or call our sales team on 03 5250 7200 to book a Cabana prior to your visit. Alternatively see Guest Services on the day of your visit for Cabana and Sun Bed hire unless sold out. There are 64 private Cabana and Sun Bed spaces available across six different locations outlined on the Cabana Map. See VIP Cabana hire for further details.
Adventure Park offers free wheelchair rentals. Please stop by Guest Services for assistance if necessary. We do not currently offer stroller rentals.
The ATM is located inside the Exit Building / Merchandise Shop.
Disability parking which is sign posted with the Disability Symbol is conveniently located adjacent to the ticket gates. Those parking in these car spaces will be required to display a current disabled parking permit.
Accessibility
At Adventure Park, we hope that all our valued guests can enjoy the Park in a safe, fun and accessible way. For an overview of services and options at the Park, please visit our accessibility page.
In accordance with Australian Standard 3533.2 for the safety of all guests, eye wear including goggles and prescription glasses are not permitted on any of our water slides or water rides. Please see our Rider Safety Guidelines for details on each ride & attraction.
As a duty of care to our guests we do not allow any guest with a visible injury, such as a cast or strapped limb to ride any of the water slides. Our Rider Safety Guideline depicts which rides & attractions within our park are suitable for those with casts or strapped limbs to safety ride.
For safety reasons, if you have an amputated limb or prosthesis, you may be unable to use some of our rides & attractions. To ensure the best experience you are required to see guest services on the day of your visit (located near the entry gate) to determine your suitability for our rides & attractions.
As depicted in the Rider Safety Guideline digital cameras, camera devices, GoPros & selfie sticks are not permitted on any water slides within the park or where an inherent risk presents to either ride or rider safety.
As per our COVID safe plan, we cannot or retain lost property items for health and safety reasons. Valuable Items such as jewellery or car keys only will be retained for a period of 7 days. We will re-instate our lost property procedures as soon as COVID restrictions are lifted.
If you have lost an item at Adventure Park please complete our Lost & Found report, providing as much detail as possible. We will contact you if we believe we have found your item or need any further details.
