A Day Ticket is a single person ticket, redeemable for one single admission during normal advertised operating dates and times within the operating season.
A Season Pass is a single membership with unlimited entry to Adventure Park during normal advertised opening hours in the operating season
Tickets are available online only via www.adventurepark.com.au/buy-tickets. We strongly advise visitors to purchase tickets prior to arrival and review the latest health advice before you travel.

Adventure Park does not offer spectator passes.
Adventure Park does not have heated water. For more information on the dry rides available please click here.
Yes! Over half of the rides at Adventure Park require no contact with water and are a perfect way to spend the day when the weather is a bit colder. You are also more than welcome to use wetsuits on the water rides in order to stay warm.
Holders of a valid Australian Government issued Disability Pension Card (DSP) or Seniors Card (AGE) are eligible for a concession rate admission. Guests holding a Disability Card will be eligible to have one carer accompany them and will receive the same discounted entry. This is offered on a 1:1 ratio only, and carers must accompany the guest with the disability at check in.
We also accept Companion Card holders, with a valid holder receiving one free companion to assist them inside the park. These cards will need to be presented at entry. Please note Adventure Park does not accept Australian Health Care Cards.
Groups of 20 or more are eligible for a great group discount during off-peak daytime sessions. Group bookings between 20-149 people can be booked online here 7 days prior to function date.
Bookings of 150 or more should be booked and paid in full no later than 14 days before the function date. Please see our group bookings page for more information.
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 16 to gain entry to Adventure Park.
Due to capacity limitations and contact tracing requirements, all tickets must be pre-booked in advance for a specific date, subject to availability. The sale of tickets is limited to the patron capacity applicable to Adventure Park at that time and may sell out. Sold out days will be indicated within the online checkout.
We do not have a waitlist process, but you are welcome to continue to check the online checkout as additional availability may be added due to any cancellations.

Please note any date change request must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit. Applications for date change will be subject to our capacity, and dates may not be available.
If you arrive at the park without a valid ticket for that day, please visit Guest Services to inquire about availability. We will accommodate you, if possible, but there is no guarantee.
Lockers are available for hire at several locations around Adventure Park.
Three different size lockers are available costing between $12.00-$20.00 per day, and are subject to availability.
Locker hire machines accept credit card payments only.
Yes, we have a number of food outlets within the park serving a great range of meals, snacks and drinks. For more information on what food outlets will be open during your visit please ask a member of the ticket gate staff on arrival.
You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks into Adventure Park, picnic-style food items are recommended, keeping in mind all Adventure Park terms and conditions of entry.
Commercial food is not permitted (McDonald's, Pizza, Fish & Chips etc), BYO alcohol, glass and knives are not permitted in the park.
BBQ facilities are no longer available.
Our communal BBQ facilities are no longer in operation. Please keep this in mind when planning your trip to the park.
Personal BBQs are not permitted within Adventure Park grounds due to OH&S policies.
Yes, we have a comprehensive registry of lost and found items. If you have lost an item at Adventure Park please complete our Lost & Found report, providing as much detail as possible. We will contact you if we believe we have found your item or need any further details.
As per our COVID safe plan, we cannot or retain lost property items for health and safety reasons. Valuable Items such as jewellery or car keys only will be retained for a period of 7 days.
We will re-instate our lost property procedures as soon as COVID restrictions are lifted.
Pavilions and picnic tables can only be reserved as part of a Group Booking or some Birthday Party packages. Cabanas and Sun Beds are available for hire from $59.00
All other seating within Adventure Park is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
You are permitted to bring your own tent/marquee into Adventure Park. It cannot exceed dimensions 3m x 3m and it cannot have any pegs that go into the ground or ropes that could cause other guests to trip.
As of 15 December 2021 and as per Victorian Government directions for open premises, guests age 18 years and over will need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter Adventure Park.
Guests will be required to show full proof of their COVID-19 vaccination status or valid medical exemption as a condition of purchase and entry.
Children under the age of 18 years will not require proof of vaccination.
