Adventure Park will operate at a reduced capacity until further advised.

• Rides will operate at a reduced capacity to achieve 1.5m distancing.

• During this time entry will only be available to those who have pre-purchased tickets online via our website.

• Guest information will be collected during the online ticketing process for contract tracing purposes.

Please maintain 1.5m physical distance from other people while in the Park.

• Queues have been redesigned with floor distance markers to show where to stand.

• Rides will operate at a reduced capacity with riders positioned apart to achieve 1.5m distances.

• Guests/families who live together will be allowed to ride together.

We have increased our cleaning and sanitation of shared facilities, rides and high touch points throughout the Park.

• Please practice good hygiene while visiting the Park by washing hands thoroughly and sanitising hands at one of our many sanitising stations before and after riding.

• Please avoid touching surfaces where possible, and sneezing or coughing into your elbow.

• We recommend purchasing food via our NEW easy online food ordering app.

• Unfortunately, during this time we are ONLY able to allow entry to those who have pre-purchased tickets online via our website.

Face Masks

Face Masks

Guests will be required to carry their own face mask when visiting the park and it is recommended to wear one when physical distances can't be maintained. Face masks are not required to be worn outdoors onsite.

• Wearing a face mask is mandatory indoors onsite at Adventure Park. A mask needs to be worn any time you are inside apart from when you’re eating and drinking. Victorian Government restrictions require face masks to be mandatory worn indoors from 5pm Thursday 31 December 2020.

• Masks are not required on water rides as they interfere with the safe operations of the ride/attraction.

No. Due to COVID measures required by the Victorian Government, this season tickets must be pre-purchased online.

This ensures that we can maintain our capacity limits and contract tracing obligations. Easily purchase tickets from our website on your smart phone or mobile device. Alternatively, you can print tickets at home and present in paper format.

Should you need to purchase additional tickets at the park, our Guest Services staff will be able to assist you to add to your booking that is already in place (subject to capacity limits).

Adventure Park tickets are non-refundable.  Date change requests are available and subject to capacity limitations up to 72 hours prior to your booking.

Should you need to change the date of your booking/visit due to illness, you can do so up to 5pm the day prior to your booking by providing medical documentation.

Our Guest Services staff will be happy to assist you to choose a date that has availability. Please note that your preferred date may not be available due to capacity limitations.
