We are operating under a Government approved COVID Safe Plan.
We are committed to keeping you safe during your visit, which means some things have change for season 2020-21.
The measures below have been implemented at the Park and rely on you, our guest, to observe and undertake in order to protect yourself and others while visiting.
Please note that communal BBQs, communal water fountains and our Kids Train will not be available during this time.
Face masks are not required but are recommended where 1.5m distance can't be maintained from others.
No. Due to COVID measures required by the Victorian Government, this season tickets must be pre-purchased online.
This ensures that we can maintain our capacity limits and contract tracing obligations. Easily purchase tickets from our website on your smart phone or mobile device. Alternatively, you can print tickets at home and present in paper format.
Should you need to purchase additional tickets at the park, our Guest Services staff will be able to assist you to add to your booking that is already in place (subject to capacity limits).
Adventure Park tickets are non-refundable. Date change requests are available and subject to capacity limitations up to 72 hours prior to your booking.
Should you need to change the date of your booking/visit due to illness, you can do so up to 5pm the day prior to your booking by providing medical documentation.
Our Guest Services staff will be happy to assist you to choose a date that has availability. Please note that your preferred date may not be available due to capacity limitations.
An inability to find an alternate date will not be reason for a refund.
