Adventure Park COVID-19: Season Closure

Adventure Park COVID-19: Season Closure

Posted on 16 March, 2020 by Adventure Park management

It is with reluctance that today we have made the devastating decision to close our gates early for the 2019-20 season effective immediately, as per recommended advice from Government and health officials around the COVID-19 outbreak.

The health and wellbeing of our guests, team members and the larger community is pivotal to our decision and is of the utmost priority. It is with this in mind that we have had to reduce our season by 16 operating days, effective immediately. We believe that this is the safest and most community minded option at this point in time.

We apologise to anyone planning to visit in the coming weeks and we would like to reassure all our Season Pass members and guests that we have carefully considered the impact that this decision has on you.

In light of this decision we have decided to open for a special opening period during the September 2020 Victorian government school holidays from 19 September to 4 October 2020 (16 days), in addition to our already published 2020-21 season opening hours.

All of our valued 2019-20 Season Pass holders and those with unused pre-purchased day tickets, who may have missed out on their visits toward the end of this 2019-20 season, now have the opportunity to use their tickets and memberships which will now be accepted from 19 September to 4 October 2020.

Season Pass members and unused ticket holders simply need to present their 2019-20 season memberships and tickets during the September 2020 Victorian government school holidays.

This is a difficult time for everyone, and while we are saddened that we will not have the chance to celebrate our end of season with you, we are very much looking forward to welcoming you all back in September 2020.

We thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Kind regards

Ron Salmon, CEO
