Can we still use the park on cold days?
Yes! Over half of the rides at Adventure Park require no contact with water and are a perfect way to spend the day when the weather is a bit colder. You are also more than welcome to use wetsuits on the water rides in order to stay warm.
Who is eligible for a disabled/carer admission?
Holders of a valid Australian Government issued Disability Pension Card (DSP) or Seniors Card (AGE) are eligible for a concession rate. Carer must be in possession of an Australian Government Carer (CAR) card, We Care Card or Companion Card. These cards will need to be presented at entry. Please note Adventure Park does not accept Australian Health Care Cards.
Groups of 20 or more are eligible for a great group discount! Group bookings need to be booked and paid in full no later than 14 days before the booking date. For more information on Group Bookings please click here
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult to gain entry to Adventure Park.
Do you sell out of tickets?
Adventure Park does not sell out of tickets as tickets are not purchased for a specific date. However for safety reasons Adventure Park does have a maximum capacity policy. Although this is rare, Adventure Park does hit capacity once or twice a season! If this is the case the entry gates will be shut to the public until further notice.
Is there somewhere secure I can leave my belongings?
Lockers are available for hire at a cost of $12.00 per day from several locations around Adventure Park. Locker hire machines accept coins, notes and cards.
Can you reserve seating areas?
Pavilions and picnic tables can only be reserved as part of a Group Booking or some Birthday Party packages. Cabanas and Sun Beds and available for hire from $49.95.
All other seating within Adventure Park is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
