These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets, passes and products from Adventure Park Pty Ltd ABN 58 988 231 336

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND USE

  • Ticket entitles admission during advertised opening times and is valid until the end of the current season Monday 17th April 2017, unless otherwise stated.
  • Ticket prices are per person, inclusive of GST and are valid for a single day use only.
  • Ticket includes entry to Adventure Park and covers all rides and attractions but excludes food and beverage, merchandise, lockers, BBQ’s and coin operated games.
  • Ticket validity period will not be extended.
  • Adventure Park is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced tickets and no refunds will be given under these circumstances.
  • Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Tickets cannot be on-sold to another party for re-sale.
  • By making this ticket purchase you acknowledge the Adventure Park conditions of entry.
  • Government issued senior card must be presented upon entry
  • Government issued disability card must be presented upon entry.
  • A carer card will be accepted upon entry when accompanying a disabled card holder.
  • Adventure Park accepts companion card program members. Adventure Park will issue the companion card holder with one complementary day ticket for use by their companion.  
  • Adventure Park reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time without notice.
  • Day ticket prices are shown in Australian Dollars. Any purchase you make will be charged in Australian Dollars. You are solely liable for any currency conversion fee charged by your credit card provider.
  • Adventure Park visitor numbers are capped to prevent overcrowding. Entry is on a first come, first served basis. Should Adventure Park reach capacity no further entries will be permitted regardless of ticket or pass type.
  • For all purchase on our website a 1.5% transaction fee will apply. You will be notified of this transaction fee during your online purchase.
  • After completing your online purchase you will receive an email which includes your e-ticket, e-pass or e-gift card and receipt. Please present your e-ticket on your mobile device or print and present this ticket at the ticket gate. A valid photo ID and credit card used to purchase the ticket must be provided.
  • By making your online purchase to Adventure Park, the ticket holder agrees to be contacted by Adventure Park regarding your ticket and associated benefits. Ticket holders may unsubscribe at any time by contacting Adventure Park or using the unsubscribe option on the received emails.
  • Any child UNDER 14 years of age, CANNOT gain entry to the park UNLESS they are accompanied by a person 16 years of age or over. 

 SEASON PASSES

  • A season pass is a single person membership and includes unlimited entry to Adventure Park during normal advertised operating days and hours from date of purchase until Monday 17th April 2017. No extensions to validity periods are available.
  • Season pass includes entry to Adventure Park and covers all rides and attractions but excludes food and beverage, merchandise, lockers, bbq’s and coin operated games
  • A season pass is non-transferable and cannot be given to anyone else to use. Your pass will be cancelled without refund if found to be used by anyone else.
  • If your season pass is lost, stolen or damaged you will incur a $5 reprint fee at time of issue.
  • Season pass benefits are available online at www.adventurepark.com.au . Offers are only available upon presentation of a valid season pass.
  • Season passes are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Season passes cannot be on-sold to another party for re-sale.
  • Season pass holders are not entitled to entry to special events or private functions.
  • Upon purchasing a season pass, your personal information will be collected in accordance with Adventure Park’s privacy policy.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards expire 2 YEARS (24 months) from the date of issue.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your gift card purchase which will include your e-gift voucher. Please present your e-gift voucher on your mobile device or print and present the voucher at the ticket gate or in any of the food and beverage outlets or merchandise stores.
  • If you chose to have a physical gift card sent, a $8.00 express post fee will be applied to your gift card transaction. Please allow 1 to 4 days for the express post delivery of your physical gift card. Gift cards are only available for delivery in Australia.
  • Treat this card like cash. Not redeemable for cash
  • This card is redeemable for admissions tickets, food and beverage, merchandise and cabana hire. Lockers cannot be purchased using a gift card.
  • Adventure Park is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced gift cards and no refunds or replacements will be given under these circumstances.
  • Gift cards cannot be reloaded. No change will be given but the balance can be applied to any purchases. It is up to the gift card holder to redeem the full value before the card expires.
  • Un-used balance at the time the gift card expires will not be refunded or credited.

CABANA & SUN BED HIRE

  • Cabana and Sunbed booking payments are non-refundable.
  • A minimum of 48 hours notice prior to booking date is required for all Cabana and Sunbed date transfers. To transfer your booking to another date, verbal notification is required to be given to a member of the sales booking team by phoning 0352507200. Email requests for transfer of date will not be accepted.
  • A maximum of 26 Cabanas and 12 Sun Beds available for rent per day.
  • No discount is available to season pass holders.
  • Cabana and Sun Bed bookings are available on a first come first served basis.
  • You can select your preferred cabana or sun bed from any of the available locations. 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

  • You by your participation accept and acknowledge the inherent risks of the rides and attractions at Adventure Park.
  • Admission price includes entry to Adventure Park and covers all rides and attractions but excludes food and beverage, merchandise, lockers, BBQ’s and coin operated games.
  • Adventure Park may close rides, attractions and/or whole of premises on a permanent or temporary basis due to adverse weather, safety, refurbishment, maintenance activity, capacity, special events or other reasons. Any extensions to the life of your ticket/pass or refunds as a result of limited visitation, suspension, premises or ride closure are not allowed.
  • Published ride and attraction operating times may change without notice and ride queue wait times may apply.
  • Adventure Park does not provide refunds. Refunds are not issued due to adverse and/or inclement weather.
  • No alcohol or drugs of any type is permitted to be brought into the park. We have two fully licensed cafes where a limited selection of alcohol is available to purchase.
  • No bbq’s, gas or flammable equipment and/or urns are permitted to be brought into the park
  • No animals, glassware or sharp objects are permitted to be brought into the park
  • No inflatable’s, frisbee’s, balls, scooters, skateboards, bicycles, roller blades or other equipment that may jeopardise the safety of others or impede staff are permitted to be brought into the park.
  • Adventure Park has a no smoking policy. No smoking is permitted inside the grounds.
  • Vehicles are parked at your own risk. Adventure Park is not responsible for loss of or damage to any vehicle or contents of your vehicle whilst parked on Adventure Park premises.
  • Adventure Park reserves the right to inspect any bags or other goods in your possession or your locker immediately upon request.
  • It is a condition of entry that appropriate clothing must be worn at all times.  When using water rides appropriate swimwear must also be worn.
  • Adventure Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the park for offensive behaviour, queue line jumping, stealing, vandalism, unsociable behaviour including unsocial language, displaying any signs of intoxication and/ or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to follow ride guard and/or ride safety instruction signage or failure to comply with these conditions of entry.
  • The use of image recording devices is not permitted in any change room or bathroom facility.
  • Photographs, videos and sound recordings must be for your own private use and not for any commercial purpose.
  • Your image may be taken at any time by surveillance equipment for security or sales purposes.

HEALTH AND PHYSICAL ADVICE

  • Due to safety or operational requirements, height, weight, age and clothing restrictions may apply to some rides and attractions. Please refer to ride signage for specific details.
  • For safety reasons, pregnant women, guests with certain pre-existing health issues, guests with casts, footwear, eyewear or any hard or sharp objects are not permitted on any waterslides and may be restricted on some rides and attractions.
  • Patients with medical conditions are responsible for accessing whether or not they can participate. You must seek medical advice if uncertain.
  • For hygiene considerations, we require that all children who are not toilet trained must wear water proof nappies whilst using aquatic facilities.
  • Any patron who has suffered from diarrhoea within the last 48 hours must not use water rides and aquatic facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF PATRONS

  • Any child UNDER 14 years of age, CANNOT gain entry to the park UNLESS they are accompanied by a person 16 years of age or over. 
  • You must act with consideration both for yourself and for other guests and please refrain from behaviour which could affect the safety of fellow guests.
  • You must obey all warnings given by Adventure Park staff including all written and verbal instructions.
  • Parents and guardians are required to actively supervise their children at all times as recommended by Royal Life Saving Australia’s Keep Watch Guidelines. Lifeguards and/or staff cannot supervise all children at all times.
  • You must use all ride safety equipment as instructed by staff when participating on rides and attractions.
  • Carers are responsible for persons under their supervision.
  • We will not be responsible for any loss of personal property. Lockers are available.
  • We the owners and operators of the premises are not liable for and irrevocably release us from any liability from death, personal injury, property loss or damage arising from any cause whatsoever (including the negligence of staff to the fullest extent permitted by law) whilst you are on the premises.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

  • A booking deposit must be paid in full to confirm your booking. A booking will be cancelled if the booking deposit is not paid by the invoice due date. Payment of the booking deposit shows acceptance of these Booking Terms and Conditions
  • The booking deposit is $680.00 For groups of 500 guests or more, 10 percent deposit of the total booking amount is required.
  • The booking balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the booking date. Admission tickets and catering tickets required for the booking will not be issued until full payment of the booking balance is received and the funds received in our bank account.
  • Group booking discounts are not available if a booking is not confirmed 14 days prior to the booking date.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS 

  • Adventure Park may cancel a confirmed booking should outstanding monies not be paid as required by these terms and conditions. 
  • In the event a booking is cancelled, all monies paid to Adventure Park will be refunded in full providing the booking is cancelled in writing more than 30 days before the booking date. If cancellation of the booking is received less than 30 days before the booking date, all monies paid to Adventure Park will be forfeited.
  • Unless otherwise stated, payments made to Adventure Park for Catering, Santa Service or Food and Beverage tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

ENTRY CONDITIONS

  • All guests must adhere to Adventure Park's Conditions of Entry. Notice of the Conditions of Entry can be found at the Adventure Park Ticket Gates and at www.adventurepark.com.au

EQUIPMENT AND ELECTRICAL

  • If you wish to bring any equipment into Adventure Park, including electrical equipment, the equipment will need to be inspected by Adventure Park prior to use to ensure it is deemed safe for use and tested and tagged.

GROUP ADMISSION TICKETS

  • A Group Admission ticket is required for entry to Adventure Park, Electronic tickets are accepted.
  • Day specific group tickets allow guests to visit the park on one specific date only during the operating season. Day specific group tickets are not valid for use between 26th December to 31st January inclusive.
  • Any day specific group ticket not presented on the day of the are validated until the end of operating season 17th April 2017. Excluding use between 26th to 31st January inclusive.
  • Any additional entry tickets that are required on the day of the booking will be paid at the ticket gate upon entry at the full general admission day ticket rate. Group admission tickets cannot be purchased on the day of the booking. Group admission tickets cannot be collected on the day of the event. A guest list will not be accepted in replacement of an admission ticket.
  • Group Admission tickets must not be exchanged, refunded, transferred or re-sold and are void if altered. Lost, stolen or misplaced tickets will not be refunded.
  • Group Admission tickets are sent electronically via email. If an email address is not provided a postage fee of $8.00 will apply.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE TICKETS

  • Food and Beverage tickets are date specific and are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other date.
  • Food and Beverage Tickets must be booked, confirmed and paid in full no later than 14 Days before the booking date.
  • Minimum numbers apply.

CATERING

  • No external commercial caterers are permitted on site. We do not allow the use of personal gas barbecue equipment.
  • Catering must be booked, confirmed and paid in full no later than 14 days before the booking date.
  • Catering tickets are date specific and are non transferable to any other date.
  • Minimum numbers apply.

BOOKING DETAILS

  • Adventure Park reserves the right to change the reserved area for a booking where it is deemed necessary. We will attempt to ensure that no changes are made to a reserved area however if a change is deemed necessary we will notify you as soon as possible and ensure that every attempt is made to ensure your booking is a success.
  • A reserved area will guarantee that at least 85% of your guests can be seated at any one time.

  • Student & teacher attendance numbers will be calculated at the ticket gates on your arrival to the park. These school attendance numbers will be confirmed with a school representative / teacher at this time.  
  • A final invoice will be issued and emailed to the school booking representative on the day of the booking, with payment to be made in full no later than 14 days from invoice date.
  • School discount ticket prices are not available if a school booking is not confirmed and deposit paid a minimum of 5 days prior to the booking date.

  • One teacher is admitted free with every ten paying students.
  • Additional teachers pay school ticket price of $21.00.
  • Parents accompanying the school excursion pay the day ticket of $42.00 which is payable on the day at the gate.
  • School groups who on the excursion day arrive with less than 10 students do not qualify for the school booking ticket price.
  • Schools with less than 10 students on the excursion day will be charged at the full general admission day ticket rate.
  • A Season Pass Membership is not accepted as an admission ticket for school bookings.
  • School rates are not available to schools who arrive without a booking.
  • School ticket prices are valid during VICTORIAN government school term weekdays only. Not valid public holidays, school holidays or weekends.
  • Schools are required to be a government school or a registered non government school. School groups outside of this do not qualify for the school ticket prices.
  • School ticket prices and information are valid until 17th April 2017.

BOOKING DETAILS

  • School bookings include free reserved undercover seating area for your school’s exclusive use. This will be allocated and confirmed by Adventure Park.
  • BBQ hire can be added to a booking at a cost of $25.00 per BBQ.

  • Parents accompanying the holiday program pay the day ticket of $42.00 which is payable on the day at the gate.
  • Holiday Programs who on the booking day arrive with less than 20 children do not qualify for the holiday program booking ticket price.
  • Holiday Programs with less than 20 children on the booking day will be charged at the full general admission day ticket rate.
  • A Season Pass Membership is not accepted as an admission ticket for holiday program bookings.
  • Holiday Program rates are not available to programs who arrive without a booking.
  • Holiday Program bookings are valid during Victorian Government School Holiday week days only. Not valid Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. 
  • Holiday Programs are required to be a government accredited service. Scout/girl guides, private foundations/clubs, sports camps, class parties DO NOT QUALIFY for the holiday program ticket price. 
  • Holiday Program ticket prices and information are valid until 17th April 2017.

BOOKING DETAILS

  • Holiday Program bookings include free reserved undercover seating area for your programs exclusive use. This will be allocated and confirmed by Adventure Park.
  • BBQ hire can be added to a booking at a cost of $25.00 per BBQ.

AQUA RACER CHAMPIONSHIP RULES 

Race Details

  •  The Aqua Racer Championship is held on the 26th January.
  •  Qualifying times between 12pm & 2pm.
  •  The top 12 qualifying times will be recorded.
  •  The top 6 times will race off in the final at 2.15pm.
  •  Where any one of the top six competitors cannot compete or is not in attendance for the final the next best time will take sixth place and so on.
  •  Competitors must take off upon the green light otherwise no time will be recorded.
  •  Competitors can record as many times as they like within the two hour qualifying period.
  •  Queue jumping will not be permitted during qualifying.
  • The adult 1st place winner receives a cheque payment for the winning amount.
  •  No assistance is allowed to ensure a quicker ride ie; soaps, wax, butter.
  •  Clothing to be swimwear only ie; shorts, bathers, rash vest, wetsuits.
  • Adventure Park employees are not permitted to participate in the event.

Positioning

  •  Competitors must positioned face down on their matt, with a firm grip on the handles in their lane ready to start the race.
  •  Failure to complete the correct action at the start position will result in disqualification.
