Prices Valid Sat 1 Oct 2011 until Sun 29 April 2012. *Excludes 26th December to 31st January 2012 inclusive. Ticket provides holder with entry and unlimited rides. Ticket does not include: Food, refreshments, competitions, deposits, lockers, BBQ hire & merchandise. All prices and information subject to change without notice. Summer Fun Pass is not accepted as admission with birthday party packages, school excursions, holiday programs, corporate event & group bookings. All ticket prices are per person. GROUP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Group Tickets will be mailed out in advance upon receipt of final payment. Please allow 14 working days for postage & handling ($8 postage fee applies). Tickets are unavailable for collection on the day. Guests will be required to present their group ticket to gain entry to the park. Please ensure your group tickets have been distributed to guests before the function date. Adventure Park will not hold group tickets at the gate under any circumstances. Adventure Park is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen tickets. Adventure Park has no refund ticket policy which includes inclement weather. Additional group tickets cannot be purchased on the day. Guests without their ticket on the day of the function will be required to purchase a day ticket valued at $36.00.

cancellations or unpresented group tickets

The following considerations are ONLY applicable to FLEXI ADMISSION TICKETS purchased. Requests for the following options will be denied for FIXED TICKET purchases. If you are unable to attend Adventure Park on the day of your Group Booking date, please notify Adventure Park and we will be happy to change your function to an alternative date, subject to availability. All group tickets are issued for entry on the booking date – however tickets not presented on the group function date will be validated for use until 29th April, 2012 (excludes use between 26th December 2011 to 31st January 2012 inclusive) to cater for unforeseen circumstances. Tickets are null and void after this date.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Park rides & attractions – published ride operating times may change; ride queue wait times apply; close due to refurbishing/maintenance, capacity, weather or special events; and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice or liability to the owners of Adventure Park. Adventure Park does not provide refunds or rain checks. Refunds are not issued due to inclement weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather conditions, some rides may temporarily close or operating times vary for safety reasons. For your safety height, weight, age, & physical restrictions apply on certain rides & attractions. For details call 03 52 502 756. For your safety, pregnant women, guests wearing eyewear, goggles, prosthetic limbs and guests with hard or fibreglass casts are not permitted on some attractions including all Waterslides, Go Karts, Lazy River & Adult Jumping Castle. No BBQs, Animals, Glassware, Urns or Sharp Objects are permitted to be brought into the park. Children under the age of 17 must be accompanied/under the active supervision of a person 18 years or older to gain admission. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Please refer to Park Map for locations. Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the park for offensive behaviour, queue line jumping, stealing, vandalism, displaying any signs of intoxication and/ or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to follow ride guard and/or ride safety instruction signage or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry. Park reserves the right to inspect bags at any time for security purposes. Picnic table & Sunlounge seating is unreserved and on a first serve basis. Adventure Park visitor numbers are capped to ensure there is no over-crowding. Entry will be on a first come, first served basis. Once the park capacity is reached, we cannot permit any further entries. The owners and operators of these premises and attractions are not liable for any injury or damage to property arising from any cause whatsoever (including the negligence of staff) whilst you are on these premises or attending any of the attractions.
